At TMC Fine Jewellers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to submit a request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewellery in its original presentation box and pack it securely within a shipping carton, including all certificates and documentation.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
